DEADLINES: While we have some items in stock, all orders are custom orders and even regular items will take 1-2 weeks to make before we can ship. Please take this into consideration when you order. If you have a specific deadline, LET US KNOW, and we will do everything we can to make sure you have your order in time.

SHIPPING: Once a box has shipped, it is out of our control. Should you like to purchase shipping insurance, please send us a message BEFORE you place your order and we will arrange that! We usually ship with FedEx, as they have historically been the most reliable shipper. However, we are not able to influence the FedEx claims process. We are not able to replace or refund items lost in the mail. Please note, 2021 seems to have brought more challenges to shipping companies. We do not have control over this.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We love our international customers, and we will do everything we can to get your order to you on time! Unfortunately, we are unable to influence customs agencies, therefore international customers may find orders delayed depending on the mailing services in their countries.

FABRICS: We love being unique and know you do too! We use the latest fashions in fabric to provide you with the most variety. This sometimes means our designs change with the seasons and the trends. We will make every effort to locate the exact fabric you want, and we will work with you in the event it is not available. Other selections, with similar color schemes and styles, are often available. This can occasionally lead to longer turnaround times. Furthermore, each bolt of fabric is made at different times and may feature slight variations in color due to differences in dye batches. Also, please be aware the colors shown are similar but not identical to computer displays.

SIZES: We can easily make pieces in larger sizes, and we have worked with up to a 6X for ladies and gentlemen. Please message us if you need a little more material or a larger size.

Feel free to contact us if you are looking for a size or color that is not listed. We have a large selection of items ready to be shipped, or we can custom-make you something special.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS: I do not issue refunds or accept cancellations. This policy is firm. Once your order has been placed, my team works together to make your order. We go shopping for fabric; cut the pattern, make the item, then work on any finishing details. Because each step requires so much time, and each person has their part to do we do not accept cancellations or returns.

EXCHANGES: With the nature of online shopping, we understand there can be unmet expectations at times. We are a small company operating on very thin margins; we are very different from companies like Amazon and Target who can issue refunds with no questions asked.


Exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis. If we are at fault, we will fix or replace the item. However, if there is a problem with the size you selected or the piece is different from what you expected despite our many photos, and descriptive listings, we may be able to offer you an exchange if your item is still in sellable condition. You will be responsible for shipping fees as well as a 20% restocking fee to cover the labor involved. Silver Leaf reserves the right to reject an exchange on any grounds, and items returned and non-sellable condition will forfeit any exchange funds. Worn items or items damaged by customers will not be accepted for exchange. To be considered for an exchange, you must reach out within 5 days of receiving your package.

Silver Leaf cannot accept exchanges on items after the event day has passed.

Silver Leaf cannot accept exchanges on customized orders or rush orders.
